CrossFit Kids is a general strength and fitness program that focuses on developing all the core elements essential to an athlete.These elements include Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination.
Improvement of these core fitness elements is acheived by using compound movements performed at high intensity.
All the CrossFit Kids movements are done safely and workouts are scaled to each individuals current level of fitness.
Continuous Improvement is always the goal of CrossFit Kids and measured by taking periodic Fitness Benchmarks such as:
- Broad Jump Distance
- Verticle Jump Distance
- 40 Yard Run Time
- Maximum Push-Ups
- Maximum Situps
- Maximum Pull-Ups
- 500 Meter Row Time
- 400 Meter Run Time
